This full-length Mermaid dress is made from soft, stretchy fabric for comfort and mobility. The bodice has a sequined front panel with glittery starfish detail, gathered tulle detail around the waist and gathered tulle straps. The "skirt" is designed to accommodate easy leg movement and the tail drags slightly on the ground keeping it out of the way of little feet.
